AIM Australia operates under a ratified constitution. Amendments require a supermajority (75%) vote of the committee through our digital governance system.

About the Constitution

Dr Ambedkar International Mission Australia Ltd (AIM) is a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee, registered as a charity under Australian law (ABN 28 681 464 200). Guided by Dr B.R. Ambedkar's philosophy of Liberty, Equality and Fraternity, AIM strives to build a harmonious, cohesive multicultural society in Australia while supporting the upliftment of oppressed communities in India. Key objectives include caste equality, human dignity, social justice, women's empowerment, and preservation of cultural heritage. The organisation is governed by an elected board of directors, operates with full transparency, and any amendment to this constitution requires a 75% supermajority vote of the committee.
